• 2 cups of pap
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon of blended sesame seed
  • 3 cups of water


  1. Boil the water
  2. Add the sesame seed to the water (allow to cook for 2 minutes to release the flavour)
  3. Mix the coconut milk with the pap. Mix until smooth and slightly thick.
  4. Pour the mixture into the boiling hot water on the stove/cooker. Reduce the heat to low right before you pour to prevent pap from curdling.
  5. Stir the mixture continuously until it thickens.
  6. Serve the Fortified Pap hot with more coconut milk or any other preferred milk.
