- 2 cups of pap
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon of blended sesame seed
- 3 cups of water
- Boil the water
- Add the sesame seed to the water (allow to cook for 2 minutes to release the flavour)
- Mix the coconut milk with the pap. Mix until smooth and slightly thick.
- Pour the mixture into the boiling hot water on the stove/cooker. Reduce the heat to low right before you pour to prevent pap from curdling.
- Stir the mixture continuously until it thickens.
- Serve the Fortified Pap hot with more coconut milk or any other preferred milk.
